Dear Patients and Families,
It is with mixed emotions that I write to inform you that I will be leaving Sandy Springs Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, P.C. I am grateful for the time I have spent here and the privilege of caring for your children this past year.
Working at Sandy Springs Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine this past year has been an incredible journey, filled with meaningful relationships and rewarding experiences. I have had the pleasure of watching your children grow and thrive, and it has been an honor to be a part of their lives. I am thankful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me as your pediatrician.
As I move on to new opportunities and challenges in my career, please know that this decision was not made lightly. I will always cherish the memories and the bonds formed with each and every one of you. The support and camaraderie of my colleagues and the entire staff at the practice have been invaluable, and I will miss working alongside them. Rest assured that the dedicated team at Sandy Springs Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine will continue to provide the high-quality care and attention that you and your children deserve. Your health and well-being will always be their top priority.
If you need assistance in finding a new pediatrician or have any questions about the transition, please do not hesitate to reach out to the practice's administrative team, who will be more than happy to assist you.
Once again, I want to express my deepest gratitude for allowing me to be a part of your lives and entrusting me with your children's healthcare. It has been a privilege, and I will carry the memories of our time together with me as I move forward in my career.
Thank you for your understanding and support. I wish you and your children continued health, happiness, and success.
Sincerely,
