Insurance Plans

We currently accept the following insurance plans (we accept all product lines unless noted):

We currently do not take these insurance providers:

  • Amerigroup
  • Ambetter
  • Humana HMOX
  • Kaiser HMO
  • Any insurance on the Market place website (BCBS is the only exception)


Many insurance plans require that your primary care physician make a written referral before you undergo certain diagnostic tests or receive care from a subspecialist. Some insurers will not pay for these services if they have not been pre-approved. We are happy to assist with these “referral” and “prior approval” issues as they arise.

Your Patient Advocate will assist you with referrals. The physician will alert the Advocate of the referral and they will contact you with the information. You may also stop by their desk on the way out. If you have not heard from the Patient Advocate within 48 hours please call 404-252-4611 and ask for your Patient Advocate.

The portal is a convenient way to leave non urgent messages for the staff to communicate with your MD, the business office or our advocates. It is monitored during business hours on Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 4PM. It is not monitored on the weekends. Please call the office for any urgent concerns.
